Install this preview only on company-owned Windows computers used by assigned employees. Students attending Academy classes do not need WorkTrack.
Follow the numbered setup in order. An administrator handles registration and assignment; the employee reviews consent personally on the computer.
Complete each step before moving to the next one.
Download the ZIP above, open it, and choose Extract all. Keep every extracted file together before continuing.
In the extracted folder, double-click Install Kshurika Work Management.cmd. The installer also registers the local native bridge used by the browser extension.
An administrator creates a token on Work Management devices. It expires after 30 minutes and works once. Enter it only in the installed Windows app.
On Work Management devices, assign the newly registered computer to the existing Academy user who will use it. An unassigned computer waits without collecting activity.
The assigned employee opens the Windows app and personally reviews and accepts the current consent. Collection starts only when both the assignment and consent are valid.
Open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, choose Load unpacked, and select %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\KshurikaWorkManagement\BrowserExtension. Do not select the temporary copy in Downloads.
WorkTrack collects automatically after assignment and consent are valid. The desktop shows sync status and the last server acknowledgement. If the connection drops, it saves new data encrypted on the computer and uploads it automatically after the connection returns.
Attendance stays explicit. Check in, Start break, End break, and Check out are separate employee actions. Tracking continues during breaks; detailed break activity is available only to specifically authorized administrators and is hidden from the employee view.
Administrators see central activity and history. The WorkTrack activity page includes applications, privacy-filtered full URLs and duration, computer states, attendance, running-app snapshots, diagnostics, and protected screenshots.
WorkTrack does not collect raw query values, keystrokes, or page contents. Screenshots can still contain any sensitive content visible on screen.
Existing local-only history is not uploaded by this upgrade. New central history and attendance begin fresh after consent. Screenshots are retained for 30 days; other central activity is retained for 90 days.
Treat setup tokens as secrets. Never put passwords or tokens in URLs, screenshots, support messages, or public download files.
