Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kshurika Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. The Service

Kshurika Academy is a live, batch-based learning platform. We sell access to scheduled course batches with limited seats. Once enrolled, you gain access to live classes, session recordings, materials, and a certificate upon completion.

3. Enrollment & Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment.
• Unpaid enrollments are automatically released after 30 minutes.
• Batch seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The enrollment deadline is enforced; late enrollments are not accepted unless overridden by an admin.

4. Batch Lifecycle

Batches follow a lifecycle: Planned, Confirmed, Running, Completed, or Cancelled. A batch requires a minimum number of students to be confirmed. If the minimum is not met, the batch may be cancelled and enrolled students will receive a full refund.

5. Attendance & Certificates

Attendance is tracked automatically during live sessions. A minimum of 60% attendance across all sessions is required to be eligible for a certificate of completion.

6. Code of Conduct

• Treat all participants with respect during live classes.
• Do not share class recordings or materials without permission.
• Do not disrupt live sessions or engage in harassment.
• Violations may result in removal from the batch without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, recordings, and platform code are the intellectual property of Kshurika Academy and its instructors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kshurika Academy is not liable for technical issues beyond our control, including internet connectivity problems, Jitsi service outages, or device compatibility issues.
