If a batch is cancelled by Kshurika Academy (e.g., due to insufficient enrollment or scheduling conflicts), all enrolled students will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds are processed automatically for Razorpay payments and manually for bank transfers or cash payments.

Enrollments without completed payment are automatically released after 30 minutes. No refund is applicable as no payment was made. The seat becomes available for other students.
