If a batch is cancelled by Kshurika Academy (for example, because of insufficient enrollment or unavoidable scheduling conflicts), every enrolled student receives a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds are processed automatically for Razorpay payments and manually for bank transfers or cash payments.

Enrollments without completed payment are released automatically after 30 minutes. No refund applies because no payment was made, and the seat becomes available to other students.
