During live classes, we collect attendance data through periodic heartbeat signals to track your participation. We also store chat messages and doubts you post during sessions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our learning platform
• To process enrollments and payments
• To send class reminders via email and SMS
• To track attendance and generate certificates
• To communicate important updates about your batches
• To improve our services based on usage patterns

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Razorpay (payment processing)
• Twilio (SMS notifications, if enabled)
• Jitsi (video conferencing, limited to display name)

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and JWT-based authentication. Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.
